Welcome to the SIU Student Chapter of the Wildlife Society and Zoology Club. If you’re looking for a new experience, we’re offering one with your name on it. In a land full of life both large and small, there are so many opportunities to take advantage of. With this organization available to the undergraduate and graduate students of SIU we are able to join a group of individuals so excited about the outdoors that you cannot help but feel the same way after a single meeting.

This organization prides itself on allowing students to take as much away from the college experience as possible. The landscape and wildlife opportunities keep us engaged in discovering all of southern Illinois. Whether you’re looking to find a job in the wildlife profession or just have a love for furry critters, this club can give you whatever you’re searching for. We are here for your use. We do a lot of amazing things such as projects that impact the community, work with graduate students, hike, camp, herping, and much more. If any of that sounds interesting to you or you just want to make some great friends, come to a meeting, come to an event, email an officer, and get involved. Who knows? You might have a wild time.

Our meetings are the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month (when the university is in session) at 7:00 PM in Lawson Hall #161. See you there!
